Ministries
St. Mark’s Church exists to help people find and follow Jesus Christ, and we believe that participating in acts of service to our local and global community is one of the most fundamental ways in which we can express Christ’s love to others. But we also believe that acts of service are a key way in which we can better follow Jesus’ example through humility, kindness, generosity, and love. Our efforts to serve others may be carefully planned or completely spontaneous, but they are all motivated by the same desire to better follow Jesus Christ.
Worship Services – at 9 am on Sunday in English and at 11:15 in Spanish.
Glory Lutheran offers a service at 9:30am in Mandarin Chinese and Areumdaun offers worship in Korean language.
Sunday School – following Melissa’s time with the children during our worship service, about 9:15am to 10am Sunday morning in the Nursery. Sunday School offers fun classes for our children so that they can learn the stories about Jesus and see his love in their lives.
Care Team Ministry – our Care Team is a welcoming group that works on building relationships and making St. Mark’s a friendly place!
Prayer Quilt Ministry – we use our hands and out hearts to make quilts, to bring comfort and tangible evidence of God’s love and comfort to those in need of healing.
